You have a leak in the cooling system. Now is the time to track it down before it turns serious. Check the radiator itself, and all lines carrying coolant.

That location is under the coolant overflow bottle. Check the hoses but it may be overflowing. If it is, possibly change out the caps. If it still leaks have the system pressure tested.

It's possible.
Coolant expands as it heats-up when the engine is running. When it expands it goes into that bottle. When the engine is shut off and begins to cool, a natural vacuum is formed that is suppose to draw it back out. If the system has any loose hoses, clamps, caps or...seals, that vacuum is lost and the coolant is stranded in the bottle and not recovered. Eventually it overflows.
Check the hose going from the tank to the filler neck. You might change the caps on the AST and at the filler neck. If that doesn't work have the system pressure tested. You may have more a serious issue.
