I was wondering if there is an easy way to troubleshoot the secondaries on a nikki carduretor. I suspect that I am haveing a problem with them considering I dont develop full power (barely 70 mph) I tried reving it up hard while observing the secondaries visually... they dont open. but I am no certain that they should under those cicumstances. I operated teh secondaries manually, and it did seem that they were a little stuck. but I dont know.
