Does anyone know if you can swap regular seat belts into an auto seat belt car?

It helps greatly if you inform the forum what year make and model you referring to, based on your question I'm guessing you're referring to an FC 86-91?

Yes you can.
find the Canadian version of the S5...even use the s4 belt system but you'd need another A pillar plastic if you want to make things look right,
