QC SAFC help! Please!

I have a fc with a 13b-rew from a cosmo...I just bought the car and it has an safc hooked up to it...I ALWAYS hated these things..never used one but I guess I'm stuck with this one for now! Anyways I just wanted to know the basics...sensor type, in/out, etc.

Please help! THANKS!
