IL s5 n/a to s4 turbo II

ok, let me start off by saying i have to rx7's. i have a 90 rx7 convertible that has a rebuild motor from mazda with about 30,000 miles on it. my other one is a 87 turbo II with 84,000 miles on it. i want to take the complete drivetrain and anything else needed to put in to my 90 vert. i bought a cosmo 13b-re motor also but that will be installed in a later time. i bought my 87 t2 with a bill of sale but am having problems getting the title due to the fact that it is from california and i'm in illinios. so i figured in just swapping it all into my vert and parting out the rest. i want to know if it is possible to do this swap even though its an s4 turbo II going in to an s5 n/a?
