S4 t2 afm

Hey guys just wanted to know if I would encounter any performance issues, when runing a4 t2 afm on a s5 t2 ecu, boost and engine thank you

The wiring connector is different for one thing.It is not just a swap.
But if you have the engine wired with an s4 harness and are using the S4TII Afm,then NO it wouldn't matter.It would be doing the same function as the S5 TII Afm.
If you were switching it "just because",I would look into Flow characteristics of the 2 Afms.
