S4 na temp gauge not working

Quick post.... my temp gauge sits at zero and doesn't move, reading 4.9v on harness and its a new sending unit. I don't see any blown fuses either... I hate electrical. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It sounds like the gauge in the cluster may be bad. They can be removed and replaced by simply removing the screws that hold it to the rear board in the cluster.
