I did test again with the main pully it reads4.92 v at one position I think it was slipping I have to tighten my belt I have to unflood and test if I'm getting spark from the coil next

The 5 volt flash is what you want to see so that's good cause it tells you the ECU is doing its job. Now clean up the grounding surface between the coil bracket and fender followed by testing for spark again. Sometimes it's best to pull the plugs off of the coil bore and rest the plugs just against the coil bore and turn the key to start and you should see some sparking occurring.

I got it working finally thanks for the help but it idles at 900 then when I tap the gas it does to 1500 when I move the gas peddle cable it goes back so it looks like I need a new cable
