The throttle cable could be too tight as it should have much slack to it. The cruise control cable could be too tight as well. The car is supposed to idle at about 1500 rpm after a cold start and slowly lower to 750 rpm. The car relies on the fast idle cam/thermowax/thermovalve to initiate this lowering of the idle. If coolant is blocked in the thermovalve then the thermowax will not release the fast idle cam and would keep the idle high. Do a search on this system in case the throttle cables are good to see if it is this system which is causing your high idle.

The car has full emissions delete and is street ported with high comp rotors i just got this rx last night I know street ports don't idle that high I can't seem to figure it out when I drive there is a bad hesitation when I step on it

Is the fast idle cam system completely removed from the car or not? The system has an upside down screw resting against a metal rod found on the back of the throttle body. This linkage when pressed downwards should close the primary throttle plate and lower the idle speed. If pressing downward does not affect the idle speed by lowering it then perhaps the idle stop screw is out of adjustment.

TPS screw is on the front. The screw I was referring to is on the back side of the throttle body (as in close to the firewall).

No, it would affect idle speed. Hesitations could be caused by the TPS, grounding, vacuum leak, clogged injectors etc.

The engine only uses the primary injectors for idling, but having injectors which are larger than normal w/o a way to control them is not a good thing.

Okay I will have to look for some stock secondaries until I get a standalone also my fuel pressure reads 30 psi when I rev it drops to 25 then when I shut car down it goes straight to zero
