TX rx7 idle problem

I'm new to the whole rotary scene like many, I have a 1986 fc n/a and seems solid. When I drive and floor it, it will sputter, hesitate or buck is what i think it is at around 4000 or 3800 rpm. Yet when I'm in neutral or basically not in gear it revs just fine at full throttle, the only way to get past the 4000 rpm mark while driving it to have the peddle just slightly under full throttle then it will go past the 4000 and keep on going but I want to use the full potential of the car. Please help I have read other forums but they do not seem like they are the same issue. I can rev all the way no problem its only when i drive and floor it that it hesitates to go past 4000 rpm. I live in the Dallas area so if anyone can help I mean that would be great.

one or both of your secondary injectors aren't turning on, check their connectors are pushed tight. those are the injectors that are on top relative to the intake, the ones you can easily access.

And to add to that, the secondaries don't come on unless its in gear, which is why it will free rev no problem

Common issue if the car has never been "drove", get em cleaned and clean the ground under the intake and it will probably be fixed
