what's the timeline here?

did you deflood it before changing the plugs? if not, try that first and see if that works. if it doesn't work, then go through the basics. check fuel, spark, compression and air.

You may be having more than a flooding issue, is there any more details you can give us about the way its behaving?

I put starter fluid in intake changed plugs and it seems not to be reciving gas, It seems to be showings symptoms of leaking or not closing all the way injectors, or a bad fuel pump, bad fuel pressure or fuel filter . I havent check gas tank or anything but spark and air

with the constant flooding you're reporting, it's probably a good idea to either refurbish or replace your injectors. it's as good a place to start as any. you can try getting some new "cheap" plugs, too, while you work through these issues.

it also wouldn't hurt to check the compression.

You might just need the injector "baskets" instead of the injectors themselves. On my SE, the rubber gasket rings on the baskets had petrified hard as rock.
