Hi,

iīve an 94 RX7 FD3S 13b. Itīs not running right at the moment. Bought it from a member of here in october and it was running fine when i was driving back to germany. after the import it was sitting in the garage till last week. i tried the engine and itīs running really rough with a lot of smoke (unburned fuel). Soundīs that its running on only 1 rotor. after trying a few times it now stalls and the plugs are wet. i reset the pfc but same problem. iīve checked the idle speed control and the throttle sensor.

its an single turbo with these specs:

Large street port
Hks t04 single turbo
Wastegate
Hks evc
Apexi power fc with commander
Fmic
Walbro fuel pump

 

sounds like your plugs are fouled up. Try replacing/cleaning them and try firing it up, you do have it ported so you will foul plugs up alot of it doesnt get driven heaps.

Does it rev smooth or does it sound choppy?

 

If that doesn't work , do not rule out damaged injector o-ring .
Had this problem and an o-ring on the #1 secondary injector was the problem .

 

I would second taking a look at the plugs as the first culprit
