Question Premix..Necessary or not?

I know this is going to sound stupid but I have been through lots of forums and cannot find out if premixing is a good idea for a stock 1985 RX7 GS, as I'm not going to race it (nowhere to do that in Vermont ) It has 63000 miles on it and its got the original 12a in it

if the oil injection system is working corectly,no.
If it isn't,then yes.
If you worry about the oil injection system breaking down then either re-do it,or you can premix a half ounce per gallon of fuel.
Premixing is really only "necessary"(actually Vital) if the OMP is deleted. The engine needs internal lubrication if it has no OMP.

Sounds like a nice survivor. I think it's great you're asking questions like you are. Good luck with the car and have fun.
