Rx7 fc the e shaft won't turn with a wrench on a e shaft bolt

Hi i am new here, my english is not so good sorry about that. i have a problem, my rx7 fc wont turn on e shaft. Transmission is in neutral, i tried both ways but nothing. What can couse this? thanks

i forgot. I rebuild the engine, start it up. Engine work about 30min, oil pressure good, temp normal but sudenly engine stop working. After that engin wont turn over

usually something like this is due to a oil pump key the isnt set properly and winds up in the oil pan, the oil pump then works loose and spins freely, dropping oil pressure while you don't notice and...... chnnnk.

​​​​​​But the oil pressure was good and i take off front cover to look oil pump. Oil pump was good and the key was there.
