First, check the basics. Are you getting fuel to the engine and are you getting good spark? If so, have you pulled the plugs to make sure they're not wet with gas? If so clean and dry them and perform the deflood procedure and see if the engine will start. Check for any hoses that may have come loose, causing a vacuum leak. Check for any electrical connectors that may have come loose or have been chewed through by a rodent. These are the first steps before performing a proper compression test.

check your crank angle sensor and clean it if theres any debris or dirt in that area because your car seems to be in a paint workshop. there could be paper or tape pieces blocking signal from the CAS.
Check your fuses for loose connectivity as well. just pull em out and refit it in and see if that helps.

is your MAF connected? Often times cars will start in a Open loop mode (ignoring many sensors), then once the sensors have time to power up and read, the ECU figures out it's missing a sensor and turns everything off. My LS3 swapped motor did that to me b/c it connected but not in the intake tube...thus it wasn't sensing airflow; it's start for ~1-2 seconds, then die.
