Running 2 stroke oil Pros - Cons

Greetings all,

I have been researching and looking into the option of running 2 stroke oil in a side tank for the OMP/ OMP block off adapter. Wanted to see if anyone has done this modification and if it was worth the time and effort(modification to the turbo lines) to do it or is the difference to small to worry about.
From what I have been reading, using the 2 stroke oil mixes better and lubricates better when you use it to lubricate the Apex seals during normal operation of the vehicle.

Any info and insight would be great.

Thank You

Pulling the oil from a tank has been done. Advantage, you use fresh oil. Not sure you need 2 cycle thought when doing it this way. It's not different then pulling it from the pan other then the clean oil aspect.

I can't speak about the 13B turbo issues you might encounter.

I'm doing it on my 12A.

I use JEGS tanks for the oil reservoir and made a radiator overflow tank. The oil tank is using a Polaris snowmobile oil injection level sensor. It came with a light for low oil.
