Rough starting issue

So about a week or two ago my car was running fine. I put an aftermarket exhaust on so I booted the air pump and slapped on a dual alt pulley. Right after putting it back together it started acting weird.
First: car wouldn’t turn off immediately would stay on for about 5seconds or so. But I fixed that by replacing the main relay.
Second: when cold starting it doesn’t idle right. Ihave to crank it multiple times to get it to kinda idle, and I have to blimp the gas little by little to keep it from dying. To much gas and it will die. Once i can keep the rpms up it’s fine. And it seems to bog out a little while driving, but only time to time.

still haven’t figured out the second issue. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already tried searching for an answer but couldn’t find a similar issue to mine.
Thanks, James

Could be a large vac leak, when you removed the air pump, what did you do about the ACV? If you removed it, ensure that you have properly capped any vac lines that went to the ACV, and ensure that your blockoff plate has a good seal (the ACV is the most problematic blockoff plate in this regard).

well the air pump is still currently in. Just doesn’t have the belt on.

We will need more information, otherwise it's a wild *** guess. I still suggest giving everything a second good look, make sure electrical connectors and vac lines are all copacetic in the areas you were working. Is it struggling to idle, but drives okay above idle?

i didn’t mess with any vac lines. And I’ve checked and rechecked all the electrical that I worked with. It doesn’t struggle to idle just when starting once it’s warmed up everything is perfect. Good acceleration good idle. Just the occasional bogging out.
