rough idle when started

rough idle when started
hello all,
91 fc n/a full exhaust and coilovers
i know my injectors are flooding but after that it seems like its running extremely rough, as in if it were a 4 cylinder car running on 3 cylinders
if i hit the gas itll clear up and idle at 2
checked the plugs, did a compression test, i know i have to replace the injectors but would that cause it to run rough like that??
also after the idle drops from 2k it starts to lope from 1.5k to 2k for a bit
