is it okay to use the rotors off a fd in a s4 turbo?

The short answer is no. Different weights and compression.

so what rotors are ok to use since the s4 i believe is 8.4.1 something like that new to the rotary so any info can help

Only S4 turbo rotors are 8.5:1 C/R, so unless you're changing other aspects to compensate (counterweights), use them.
