ON rotor/housing wear

Hi i was wondering how much wear is allowed on a rotor or housing. And i was also wondering what would be the best approach to getting the bolt free fros the oil pump end. Its a 1990 gxl n/a i got the rear apart but cant get front to budge, was thinking about heat but don't want to warp housing. any ideas???

what bolt? if ur referring to the front pulley bolt, that's removed along with the front cover first thing before the keg is disassembled. u should invest in a 1/2" drive inpact. otherwise a 1/2" drive ratchet and cheater bar. as for rotor housing wear, minimal chrome flaking. invest in a set of micrometers. everything has a measurement and tolerance. get a copy of the FSM. all this is in there.
