Try these guys. Don't know anything about them other than they have a rotary association.

I am still learning about these cars and the community around them myself, but I have heard "Rotorsports" or something of that name located in Kannapolis is a popular place, I could be clearly wrong on this, or out of date. Somebody correct me if I am.

Rotor sports is in Kannapolis and they are still open. I called them about 2 or three weeks ago about doing some work for me I just havent had the time to get my car up there since I live in S.C. There is also a guy in Rock Hill who does rotary work and he has been doing it for a long time. Place is called rx7 world, google it or go to rx7world.com I think

Bryan @ Rotorsports built my motor back in 05' and I've entrusted them to do almost everything that I've had done to my 7 since. Great guys up there. Their website is pretty out of date, but I know they have a small Facebook page as well if you want to check em out on there as well. Hope that helps!

I had my engine built by Ernst from Rx7World.com, they're located in Rock Hill, SC though. Had my engine rebuilt was about 1 month ago, you can see pics of the engine in my profile (haven't taken recent pics yet). I've dealt with Bryan from Rotorsports as well, not for an engine build though, but he is a good guy, great person to do business with.

Dont EVER go to Epic unless you own a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. That is all they work on. They may say they do work on other cars, but the car club here locally says word on the street is they dick with the prices and mess your car up if its not an Evolution. This coming from one of the peeps in the Evo club that uses Epic all the time to tune. So no Hondas, no Mazdas, no Mustangs, but maybe Subaru's depending on who you're dealing with when you talk to them.

Just a heads up, go with the rotorsports.
