Just bought a 1986 rx-7 gxl that had an automatic to 5 speed switch in it. Checked the bulbs and they were fine...Tried lifting my car and looking for any unplugged wires near my tranny...and saw nothing...been looking online for hours, and going through service manuals with no success. Does anyone have pics of what I should be looking for, and what I should do...I'm hoping it is just unplugged/unhooked as it never worked for me. Thanks and hope I can get this fixed!

 

Yep if it is the 5 speed, they are on the tranny, with the other wires there
