You need to specify what year/model/engine. To replace coolant seals, you need to rebuild the engine. That means buying a rebuild kit to replace at least all of the soft seals. Other parts like apex seals, side seals, oil control rings, etc... may be replaced (and probably should be) at the same time.

It is a very involved length and costly repair. Most shops would charge several thousand to do it.

The rebuild kit that you need will depend in the condition of your apex seals and side seals mostly. It is recommended to replace oil control rings and the springs while the engine is apart at least. When you get the engine apart you can see the condition of the side seals, corner seals and apex seals and see if they need to be replaced then. Its a fun project. I recommend purchasing a rebuild video and reading through the FSM before starting. Good luck!
