my first rotary biuld

ok so iv built pistons most my life and i wanted to try something new and i like it so i was wondering im wanting right around 400-500 whp. so i know ill need a standalone but what is the best one and id like to be able to tune it my self or able to turn it up when i want. Ill start with what i have and you guys tell me what im going to need. I have a jdm s5 turbo upgraded turbo (the guy i got it from was running a standalone) stock high flow injecters corksport 3in down pipe and exhaust the motor has bad coolent seals so i will be rebuilding it so im wanting to do a street port but what size im a little lost when it comes to these crazy little motors so all the input and help i can get is great. This motor is not in my car im rolling with 90 s5 gtu with cuzco coilovers and camber plates lsd strut bars 205/45/17 and 245/40/17 the rims are my fav part about the car i think lol

Budget 10 thousand dollars. You might spend less than that, but that's what you should budget. When your horsepower gets over low 300s to the wheels the costs just shoot up because you start replacing/upgrading everything.

A gasket kit at the very minimum, but if you're burning coolant you might need another iron plate.

You won't know for sure what you'll need 'til you crack it open.

Yep, that'll be enough to tear apart/refresh the motor. Grab one of their rebuild videos. They'll help out a lot.

Have you opened up the motor?
