re: exhaust sleeves

hi i just need a bit of info.
im currently doing a 13b cosmo engine into my s3 rx7.
the engine is from a front cut (done about 21000km)and i have started and let the engine run and all apears realy good.
now i want to ditch the twins and add a single turbo.
after looking at the exaust ports they seem realy small compared to a 13brew.
i was just wondering if a s5 highflowed turbo would still spool up well with the decreased flow from these ports and does it warant pulling down the engine to change the exaust sleeves.
and if i was to add a bigger turbo later on would it still boost up ok.

There is no real gain in doing the 13b-re over a s5 turbo conversion if you are not going to pull the engine apart and swap exhaust sleeves and port the intakes (they are really small inside the engine).
