AZ Randomly Died, Crank No Start

OK so this is what happened, (89 T2 70k miles on rebuild) been driving around all night no problems at all. I stopped at a stop sign for like five minutes then took a right turn and it just died, dumped the clutch a couple times to try to bump start it and nothing. So I pulled into a taco bell parking lot and turned the key to try to start it and it cranks but doesn't fire. I popped the hood and my E-fan and fuel pump which are wired into the green connector behind the drivers headlight aren't running, and I have no spark from either coil, but I have all the lights inside including my idiot lights.

Mods to the car;
Rebuilt street ported motor
BNR turbo
3 inch RB exhaust
FCD
HKS Mushroom air filter
turbonetics BOV
Emissions all deleted
Stock ECU and OMP sits on passenger wheel well

If anyone has any idea about what I should check it would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like a retard after I posted this I went back to take a look at the car and found the EGI fuse blown after I checked them twice the other night so I jumpered the terminals and bam fuel pump and fan kicked on. The only thing I'm wondering now is wat blew the fuse? Any ideas?

Well the fuse hasn't blown since I put the new one in so I have checked for a cause but if it blows again I will start looking for the problem.
