WI question front plate comptabilty on a s4 turbo

I am sure this has been covered but i have been trying to find a definte answer for the past two hours reguarding the front plate, of most 13b in genreal, but more speficily is i possbile that i can use a 13b cosmo/ fd (i think they are simliar) front plate on my s4 turbo. I already am searching all over for an s5 with the later style fd down reinforments.
thank you for any replies.

No, the intake ports are different shapes and located at different heights (assuming you mean the front iron).

Not even close. The intake manifold wouldn't bolt up either. See attachment.
