Question about spoiler holes

Can anyone tell me what spoiler was originally on this car? Want to replace it to cover the holes.

My mazdaspeed wing only has two holes. There are three on your hatch.

Mazda speed looks close, could also mid weld up the holes I guess since car is getting a complete repaint.

Add more holes for what? Additional rivets that the mazdaspeed already has? Must being going ludicrous speed to make sure the wing doesn’t fly off.

Have any idea on what wing had 3 holes and wild cover the area in that shape? You can see the paint did not fade in that area.
