Question about injector plug....

Question about injector plug....
ok i have a s4 N/A. was haveing problem with studdering BLA BLA anyway. was checkin all sensors (CAS, TPS, Pressure ) came across injectors loooked old rusty dry rotted, when checking the resistance of the injector i notice the plug to the injector was broke ..... well not all the way just a section i would say 3/4 of it remains.
so how bad/ hard is it to replace one of those plugs .

Are you talking about a plug for a secondary injector (mounted on top/outside of UIM)? If that's the case, replacing a plug is pretty easy. Cut the old plug off far enough down that you have room to work, and solder the new one on. Use some heatshrink tubing to cover it up. I wouldn't suggest crimps, since they can work themselves loose.
Here's a random site to buy that turned up on a search: http://www.racetep.com/injcon.html. There'll be lots of places that sell them, and you should keep in mind where the slot is on the injectors/plugs. If the slot doesn't line up, you can trim the plug with an exacto knife or razor blade.
