MT need help with a possible limp problem

Forgive me if I'm double posting but I haven't found my last post anyway I have a problem I've gotten some help so here's the score bought car ran fine I drove it home changed thermostat lower radiator hose started having check engine light intermittently then as the days went by it started coming on every time I went over about 15 adopt tach doesn't work I thought fuel so I replaced filter and pump no avail the error codes are 26 27 33 I have new injectors on the way and will be testing the harness wires what else could I do to not spend 1300 on a new omp as I'm not possitive that's the issue thanks for any help also moderater please send me a pm if I'm double posting

Based on those codes, you have a 2nd gen?

Swap the metering oil pump.

Chances are the ECU and OMP need to be replaced and purchasing used parts will save you an arm and a leg.

+1. New MOP/OMP and possibly new ECU time.

26 - MOP (Step Motor)
27 - MOP (General) - Basic Fuel Injection and fixed timing
33 - Solenoid, Port Air Valve

The port air solenoid on your ACV may also be disconnected or broken. But that's not a critical engine part.

Were is this port air cylinoid and is the mop and the omp one unit I'm still waiting on my shop manual the car is a 89 no turbo and convertible if that helps anyone and rocket I swear I've read every one of your post in this subject one I believe had a link for electrical test I could perform but the site was under construction if you personally have this info I would like to give it a shot I'm very good at reworking electric components if that's the issue and I also read a article about rebuilding the omp has that ever worked for anyone

The MOP is located on the lower left front of the engine. At least with the FDs, although new prices are crazy expensive, used versions are readily available from reputable people at a fraction.
