Problem whit idle and the engine gets to much fuel when cold.

My Rx7fd will not idling properly when it’s cold. The A/F is very high (A/F=10-13). It’s like one of the sparkplugs want light. I have replaced the old sparkplugs with new ones. I have also recently replaced the old spark plug wires and o2 sensor.

The problem is only there when the engine is cold. The engine shakes around in engine rum. When the engine gets warm the problem disappear and engine idling fine.

I will explain my problem like this:
----0-30 °C The engine idle fine. A/F= 14.5

----30-90 °C The engine idle bad. The engine rumbling around under the hood. I can smell gas in to the cockpit. Sometimes it blow form the exhaust. A/F=10-12

-----95- °C The engine idle gets fine. A/F 14.5

-If I don’t use the car in 3 hours and the car get cold. And I try to start the car. The idle will be fine and the A/F is god.
-If I don’t use my car over the night and I try to start the car next day the problem starts again. It’s like it only happened one time at a day.

Sorry for bad grammar but I have asked the same question at the Norwegian forum and I didn’t get any answer that solved my problem. So I will ask at this international forum.
Is it someone here who have any solution or suggestion.

I suggest you check the various temperature sensors. Coolant temp sensor, fuel temp sensor, air intake temp sensor. Sorry that's not very specific but that's a starting point.

My car had a diagnosed at the local dealer and they could not find anything wrong. They say that the diagnostic equipment that worked on my 93 rx7fd was from the 90’s and couldn’t diagnose if some of the sensors gives wrong values. They could only diagnose and check if any sensor has directly fault or cut wires. The new diagnostic equipment wouldn’t connect to the cars original ECU.

Locale dealer recommend checking the water sensors. And I have checked the sensors I know where to find. I have check water sensor behind the water cap on the engine. The sensors have I measured the Ω and the Ω sank when I warmed the sensors in boiling water. I think also that the sensor work fine because it’s measuring right on my powerfc.

Where can I find the other sensors and what should the value be if take them out and measuring them?

List all of the car's mods.
Who tuned the Power FC?
The dealer's equipment won't be able to connect to the Power FC for reasons that should be obvious.

What RPMs does the car idle at startup and later when warmed up?

Mods on the car are: K/N air filter, Hks big Exhaust, Hks intercooler, light flywheel. Powerfc. Power fc is tuned by a Swedish company who are professional on rotor engine.

The car had original ECU mounted when diagnose was run. Same problem is there even if I change Powerfc with original ecu.

Rpm is like:
When start up the rpm rises to 2000 and slowly sinks to 1100 after one minute or something.

After startup:
0-30⁰ car runs fine idling 1100 and sinks to 810 (a/f 14.5)
30-95⁰ car runs bad idling up and down under 800 (sometimes I need push the throttle or the engine stops. Engine rumbles under the hood. It’s like it gets to match fule) (a/f 10-12)
95⁰- Idling 810 again if the car is working like it should

If the car want idling fine after it gets to 95⁰. I park the car and after parking in 30 minutes the car is fine.
