Red face 1st gen radiator...

was trying to change coolant before starting for the first time and it seems like the bottom tray blocks the radiator drain. assuming there is a way to drain without removing that tray but couldnt find anything after a search. (sorry in advance if it's something obvious down there, only had time for a quick look before work)

Just remove the undertray.

Mine had a hole in it to allow access to the drain plug. You might have one too, take a close look.
