Problem with the jdm blue x5

im having trouble with the blue x-05 connector and i cant really understand what to do. i just dropped a JDM engine into my US 93 rx-7 and the blue connector from the JDM engine is bigger then the blue connector from the car itself. im lost and dont know what to do at this point or how i should rewire it.
as you can see im new to this...

Just been through this my self , found jap import loom has 1 extra wire as well ended up cutting plug and wires off original loom and cutting jap loom and matching all wires and soldering them back together. the extra wire goes in to one of the other computer plugs , just compare the 2 looms together to trace the color wire left over , un clip the extra one from blue plug and fit where it has to go in one of yellow plugs ,you may need to cut it and extend it to fit because is too short. plus there is 3 or 4 other wires in plugs that go to computer have to de re located to different pins to match original loom . is a **** job to do bit worth it if your original loom is shot or just use your original loom
