I got an 93 FD3S efini with some mods. I ised to have an EBCIII knight sports but my useless mechanic screwed it up,so I had to removed it, so I changed some hoses and pipes I changed all vacuum hoses for silicone ones, as you see in the atteched pic. Well I'm having problems when I shift to 3rd gear I feel a loss of pressure, even the bov doesn't decommpres well. Could be the actuators or the bov!? All vacuums are ok.

 

go back and see what you did..your pic is not helping you at all as it doesn't show anything except an engine.
Your BOV should see Vacuum and that is why it is not activating.

 

The bov works perfectly in 1st and 2nd gear even in 4th but in 3rd gear there are not enough pressure or a leak of pressure!!
