A customer delivered today a mint 83 FB RX-7,He wants a Pport turbo build in a week 650hp+Gas fed daily driver on E.T radials,the car will be converted to custom in house built fourlink setup with 5.20gears inside a strange engineering sheetmetal 9" ford diff,and my custom turbo2 trans gear set with dog rings.Fuel will be delivered with a pair of weldon 2015-A fuel pumps that feed a weldon reg,also #10 1600cc fuel injectors #8 on the E&J throttle and the other two in the pressure plenum no intercooler twin tial 50mm blow off's and twin 40mm rotatech wastegates,the turbo will be a 1.32hot. 80mmcold borgwarner custom s809 mounted sideways in front of the engine,custom sheet metal Pport intake for the E&J throttle.The engine is a 88 turbo2 with 88 high compression rotors,pported with 2 1/4 tubes nice exhaust and resurfaced side plates 6xtra dowels and oil resirculation change, the engine has hurley 2 piece side seals and their corner seals, ALS hard as hell seals and all original mazda springs.Built to handle 42psi of boost and 11k+ RPM.The brains will be Sakura Fcc14 prototype ecu to control the fuel,spark,timing,boost and launch control.Twin MSD Dis-2 for ignition power feed 4 blaster ss coils.will post pictures and progress as soon as possible....https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/wallbash.gif Lots and lots of work ahead means lots of beers and fat girlshttps://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/nod.gif
