Power Steering Pump Swap?

So.
1984 RX-7 GSL-SE, 6 Port 13B with a bunk *** PS Pump.
Its long past needed a rebuild kit, and trying to find this part anywhere has left me dry without the high.

1: Any idea if the 12A would fit?
2: Newer gen 13b pump off an 85 GSL-SE where there are actually some production numbers?
3: Manual box? - Where the hell can I find one?
4: Call it a day, sell the RX, and buy an S15.

GO!

have you checked RockAuto Parts Catalog they seem to have them between $120 and $165 USD. i don't know what taxes or customs or other surcharges you would be facing though.

there are two threads in the Gen I forum that have two separate members needing power steering pumps, so that's kind of freaky. you should check them out.

as far as i know, the 12A pump is the same as the SE. i'm pretty sure the Gen II pumps are different though. perhaps they can be made to work? i don't know.
