Power FC Lambda?

Hi there group,
Ive just landed a JDM FD3C that has been extensively modified and noticed that the O2 Lambda sensor and Knock sensor has been removed from the car, Is this normal when running an Apexi Power FC EMS?
I am currently converting it to single turbo, due to the primary turbo failure caused by a bent shaft. It was converted in Japan by its previous owner to run non sequential,
Thoughts and advice much appreciated.

If I understand you correctly...yes with regard to the O2 sensor. It's common to remove it with the PFC and function 'closed loop'....not needing O2 feedback. Beyond that I'm way not a tuner. So you might want to search around the PFC sub-forum here Power FC Forum - RX7Club.com for details.
As to the knock sensor....I don't think that's common. Especially since you can monitor knock on the PFC commander.

Thanks for the feedback, Im still learning about the PFC and was suprised to see the lack of knock sensor and the lambda hole bunged up, Considering the FD's ability to be sensitive to engine knock, I would have thought a knock sensor would have been a smart move.
The car (Did) go very well and is currently getting a T62-1 turbo upgrade to remove the twins.

One thing I did notice was immediately after a full boost (1 Bar) acceleration run in 2nd or 3rd gear was a beep from the engine cluster after deceleration, Does the PFC have an audible alarm function? I couldnt find anything in the basic FD manual that I have to support this.

Full boost on the stock twins should have been .7 bar. There's a beep alarm for red-line and low coolant. Both should still work with the PFC. And yes, I'd return a knock sensor if it were me.
