Possible Blown Turbo?

Ok i have a 87 fc with a 13b rew twin turbo swap in it. I recently just got it tuned in the past week. The second day i driving it i was around 5 rpm and a huge cloud of white smoke came out of the exhuast. Now it smokes at all times at idle and when driving.

When i checked the dipstick it looky milky brown, the car starts right up and idles perfect but i cant here the turbos spooling like i used to? Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks

It could possibly be poor crankcase ventilation.

How many miles are on the engine? Is it a newly rebuilt engine that you've been "romping" on?

Im just starting to read about these motors but I would say "milky brown" oil is not a good thing...
White smoke is usually coolant being burned in the combustion chamber.
If your worried about a blown turbo pull the intake off and check for shaft play. A little up and down is ok, but there should be no in and out play.
