I cannot for the life of me find the dipstick for the engine oil. Where is it? I'm pretty mechanically inclined and have owned a few cars, I just feel so dumbfounded by this and it really is bothering me a lot. Pics? I have a s4 T2 ('88).

In the tube coming off the center iron on the driver-side of the engine. Right above/between the spark plugs.

Yeah I found it before the thread got approved. But anyway, the dipstick is missing the cover, no wonder I kept overlooking it. Thanks fellas.
