Pettit BPHF rebuildable?

Hi all. So I have owned my 00 RX-7 for about a month ( came with receipt from Pettit racing for BPHF unit dated 7/3/13 that's 7th of March in Us right?) very stock car 17k klms on rebuild. After the first week I notice a puff of smoke from the tail pipe when I changed to 3rd drive home and parked her up. After being curious at work all day the next day I decided to take it out again. Turn the car on to begin the warm up walked back inside grabbed wallet smokes etc just a little process I developed to best warm up anxiety and when I came back I find constant smoke coming from exhaust white but sorta blue when it thinned out abit. After talking to a couple of mechanics and a rotor head I disconnect intake piping after the turbos and it was lined with oil up the the elbow on throttle body. We came to the conclusion of turbo issues. So I drove her to the mechanic two miles very tenderly when I got there popped hood and see smoke from turbo area they are going to pull the turbos and send em to turbo specialist.

My questions:
Did we diagnose correctly?
Are Pettit BPHFs rebuild? They won't get back to me. And I'm in Australia .

Sorry if i was long winded.

Not certain. I think turbos tend to throw blue smoke...especially under load/boost. Some oil in the intake track isn't unusual and doesn't necessarily indicate the turbos are shot. The source of the smoke could be something else.

The Pettit BPHFs are rebuilt twins.

7/3/13 is actually July 3 2013

(my computer says 12/19/13 so I know there isn't any 19th month!)

ya, U.S. is month/day/year for whatever reason.

and the BPHF turbos are rebuilt stocks, so any place (?) that can rebuild the stock, can probably(?) rebuild these.

However, as others have said, an amount of oil in the intake pathway doesnt necessarily mean the turbos are shot.

What do you mean..."smoke from the turbo area"? You said the smoke was coming from the "tail pipe"/ "exhaust".

Yes because after I drove it to mechanics there was smoke coming from out of the hood popped it and was coming from where the turbos are exactly where I couldn't tell. I didn't notice this until driving to the shop

Check the oil lines to/from the turbos for leaks.

Okay so the turbos are shot bphf upgraded turbos are horrible do not last 1 year at 12psi question is now Knight Sports or BNR stage 3's. I will be getting IC upgraded whilst in shop along with down pipe and prob put high flow cat on already has Apexi catback, also upgrading fuel pump and possibly injectors. Should I get a boost controller? Attached is an image of the turbine fins, smashed right?
