NJ part time idle trouble

ok, recently my fc has been idling rough, but its only once in awhile. most of the time it idles perfect but every now and then itll rev up and down while idling. there are no air leaks that i cant find, and ive removed all emmissions, plus removed all cold start and dash pots. im runnin 112psi on each rotor with a small street port. i cant figure out whats causin it?? any input would be greatly appreciated.
