Part number help

I'm having trouble finding a part number due to me not knowing what the actual part is called. It's at the base of the shifter and is a rubber seal that helps keep out the road noise and water/moisture. If someone could tell me what this part is actually called, that would help immensely. I found it not too long ago but can't remember where and I DID use the search to try and find it but a lot of it was irrelevant stuff. Again, thank you for the correct answer in advance.

Alright, another dumb question. What exactly does the middle boot do. I was looking through the Mazda trix site and saw it and have no clue where exactly it would go.

There's a couple of rubber boots that interlock to separate the cabin from the outside. The part in post 2 seals where the shifter enters the transmission

This part (middle boot) seals the cabin from the outside. One boot bolts to the car on its four corners and the other boots interlock with it and seal around the shifter
