Everything with your hazards or flashers goes through the cpu. If everything stopped working at once, you may want to check your ground wire from the switch to the cpu. The cpu houses your relays. ECU has nothing to do with these circuits.

First off, have you checked the fuses such as the Meter fuse, Hazard fuse and Turn fuse?

There is a plug connected to the bottom of the "CPU" (CPU located next door to the interior fuse box- one large plug towards the top of it and two smaller plugs at the bottom) which has "seven wires." Does Black/Blue wire have constant voltage (no key necessary)? When you hit the turn signal lever for a right turn does the Green/Yellow wire have voltage w/key to on? The Green/Red wire should also have voltage w/key to on and the turn signal lever pushed down to indicate a left turn. With key to on does the Black wire/ground wire indicate 0 voltage?

When the hazard button is depressed do the Green/Black and the Green/White wires both have voltage ( no key necessary)? When this button is depressed does the Light Green wire have 0 volts?

See what results you get and get back to us.
