Original Porting
Okay, just so everyone realizes that I'm not a car dummy (ask me anything about the '89 Miata and I will tell all) but really new to this breed of rotary engines. I have a porting question that probably anyone (but me) can answer.
Since my '89 GXL is totally original and mint, what is the porting on the engine? One member sent me a link to the different portings and what the story there is, so now I have even more questions.
Please be patient with me. I'm new but I'm a quick study
Thanks all for letting me be part of this group! Yessss!!!

Stock port is the factory size for the intake and exhaust holes for which the air flows. On these motors the 2 ways to make power is porting (making the holes bigger and cleaner and the timing of which the gas's flow) or forced induction. With that can you state your question 's?
