So,
The FC I picked up. Small problems here and there, nothing really major. But this one issue is kind of annoying at times, but I'm pretty patient about it. But it is also a little embarrassing.
So to turn on my car, I put the key in. Make two clicks. Then I'd have to wait for a minute or so before I can crank it on. If I try to turn it on too soon, it doesn't turn on.
What can be the case?

Starter Cut Relay?
Not sure if it is the same problem I was having:
Won't crank after running fine
Mine was really intermittent, anywhere from a few seconds to days.
Yours sounds like the ECU is spending a lot to time checking something, although I am not sure it has that type of software.
