Open vacuum inlet near charge control Acuator.

I was working on some misrouted vacuum lines that might be the cause of no boost past 4,500rpm, and I found an inlet that doesn't have a hose connected to it.

The big brown thing towards the bottom is the blow off valve for the primary turbo. Right below that, you can see a blue hose making a U turn to the Charge Control Actuator. To the left, you can see a threaded open nipple. I've tried looking at the diagrams online but can't figure out where that is supposed to be connected to.

Any ideas?

BTW in that position you have only the brown bypass valvle and

2 hoses then go to 2 solenoid out of the rat nest...one of these? (wastgate and turbo precontrol) (green and pink hose)

I just took a loser look at the picture. Its just a threaded rod that looks like a bolt screws on to. No need to plug anything!
