Could be from the turbo, or it could just be oil from the crank case.

If it is just a little oil I would not worry about it, unless it is blowing out of the exhuast

it was really only on the plate between the TB and UIM and a little on the plates in the TB

A little bit of oil is always going to be bypassed from the turbo.

The purge system dumps oil vapours into the TID and throttle body.

There is a lot of reversion from the secondary intake ports.

So in all likelyhood, it is totally normal.
