Angry oil in throttle body

I found puddles of motor oil in the throttle body intake on my RX-7 TII. I know this is really bad but I don't know exactly how bad. The car does not smoke except emmediately after starting. It has a BNR S5 turbocharger. I'm thinking that the turbo may have gotten damaged somehow. It doesn't have many miles on it and the car has not been driven hard. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea of how the oil got it there.

If it doesn't smoke, you are likely just seeing normal oil bypass from the PCV and/or turbo compressor. Even a brand new turbo is going to bypass a little oil, and the PCV is always dumping oil vapor into the intake.
