What is the ideal oil premix?

1 oz. per gallon WITHOUT a working OMP or .5 oz. per gallon with an OMP.

I use 4oz of pettit racing protek every fill up, the engine runs great after 40k miles.

^ This...although I still run 1 oz/gallon with an OMP as thats what my tuner recommended......

I think a little too much is better than not enough...

Unless you have emissions testing and maybe still running the stock cat. Higher ratios probably aren’t that big of a deal otherwise. I’d still keep an eye on the plugs and consider WI.

rx7 friends have always religiously told me at least 1oz per gallon. they buy the bulk packages when theyre on sale at walmart and calculate how long itll last them lol
