can anyone assit in helping me find these replacement parts?
p.s., ive searched all over the web, and CANNOT find any pictures as to where to buy them.. nor a decent graphic of its location.

Dipsticks don't have an o-ring that I can recall.
The crush washer is a standard crush washer, available at any fastener store, automotive parts store and probably larger hardware stores.
But in order to provide any kind of real help, we need to know what car you are referring to. 13Bs were used by Mazda from the mid 70s until today.
Easiest way to find an oil leak is to clean the entire engine, then run the car for a while looking for seepage. There are two oil cooler line connections on the engine. One at the bottom of the rear iron on the driver side, one on the front cover. Two different washer sizes are used.
Maybe oil is leaking from the bottom of the oil filter pedestal? That is a common failure due to the o-rings.
